The company did exactly what they said. They phoned a day or so before to say who was doing the job and what time they were scheduled to arrive. They did the work very cleanly and the insulation in our loft now looks excellent.

The work was coating a large and very exposed gable end wall with proPERLA. I cannot fault the the work of Dave and Marius. They arrived well on time. They worked solidly throughout a very hot day, taking care to keep us informed about what they were doing. Their preparation of the wall was meticulous, to the extent of a making sure the mortar used for repointing small areas of damaged brickwork was a suitable colour. They cleaned up really thoroughly before they left. afterwards we got a call from marketing manager, Gary, with whom we had arranged the work, to check that all was satisfactory. We feel the price was fair for what they did. Only time will tell whether we got value for money. Possible reductions in our energy bills can never recoup the cost of the work, but what we hope for is a more comfortable house when the wall is subject to driving rail and high winds in winter.

I cannot praise the work on my roof enough, it has made look like a brand new roof without the cost and hassle that involves.. really good guys who cleaned and treated the roof and walls. I would certainly recommend their work. If you do go for it. Say you heard from me and I can get a voucher 🤭. Just kidding, it really was worth doing.

Gary came to see us on Monday 8/6/26 He was very friendly and professional and explained everything what he would do about our loft installation he took a video of our loft and showed us we definitely needed it done as you could see the fibreglass floating all around our loft. So we agreed on everything that had to be done and Gary arranged for 2 lads to come the next day to start and to remove old insulation and put new in which we were very impressed to think they could come that quickly. Unfortunately we can’t remember the 2 lads names but we want to say we were very impressed with their work, they were friendly and very professional they kept us informed about everything they were doing they worked really hard and when they had finished doing everything that day we couldn’t believe they had done it all. They even arranged to have the old stuff picked up the very next day on the Wednesday 10/6 We would definitely recommend you to our family and friends from start to finish everyone was brilliant even the young ladies in the office who were very friendly and brilliant too.
